A delicious layer cake with a base of maple leaf cookie crumble, covered with mousseline cream and maple sponge cake and topped with even more cookie crumble, maple butter, and melted white chocolate. It’s finished with a drizzle of Quebec maple syrup and served with a maple leaf creme cookie.
