What are you craving? Our brown gravy is delicious with roast beef, roast pork, beef steak and veal. Simply add water. Can be prepared in the microwave or on the stove.
STOVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS
Empty contents of pouch into a 1 L (4 cups) microwave-safe bowl.
Whisk in 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Do not cover
Microwave on HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, mixing with whisk once every minute.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes longer. Mix well before serving.
SUGGESTION: Serve with roast beef, roast pork, veal or lamb, minced steak patties, meat loaf, sausages, hot meat sandwich, etc.
