  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, combine the St-Hubert Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce, cooked rice, and cheese.
  4. Cut off the pepper caps, deseed the peppers, and compost the seeds.
  5. Fully stuff peppers with the rice, cheese, and Braised Beef & Vegetables in Brown Sauce. Place caps back on peppers.
  6. Bake stuffed peppers on a baking sheet for 20 minutes (until their internal temperature reaches 170 °F).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
