125 ml (1/2 cup) Tex-Mex-style grated cheese blend
45 ml (3 tablespoons) chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
15 ml (1 tablespoon) olive oil
Preparation Instructions
Heat St-Hubert Fajita-Style Chicken according to package directions.
On one half of each tortilla, place the St-Hubert Fajita-Style Chicken. Garnish with cheese and cilantro leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Fold tortillas over the filling and press lightly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook one quesadilla at a time for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
