Ingredients List

  • 1 St-Hubert Quiche Lorraine (530 g)
  • 1 c (250 ml) grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes or plum tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 ½ c (375 ml) baby arugula
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar reduction (glaze) to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Cover the quiche with grated cheese and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
  3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix arugula with olive oil and season.
  5. Serve the quiche warm, topped with arugula and balsamic vinegar glaze.
