Ingredients List

  • 2 tsp (10 ml) St-Hubert Piri Piri Seasoning
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) cooked shrimp, chopped small
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 avocado, small dice

Salsa :

 

Preparation Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, St-Hubert piri piri seasoning, zest, lemon juice and diced avocado.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
  3. In verrines or small glasses, divide the shrimp mixture.
  4. Garnish with salsa and serve with corn chips.
