Chicken Caesar Pasta

Ingredients List

  • 1 can 19 oz (540 ml) St-Hubert Cream of Chicken Soup
  • About 12.5 oz (375 g) farfalle or other pasta
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 c (250 ml) Caesar dressing
  • 4 c (1 l) broccoli florets
  • 1 c (250 ml) cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation Instructions

  1. Cook pasta 2 minutes time less than package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, in large pan, heat to medium-high and sauté bacon with chicken for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and Caesar dressing.
  4. Bring to a boil and add broccoli. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Drain the pasta, mix with the sauce and finish cooking the pasta in the sauce.
  5. Add tomatoes, stir and serve with grated Parmesan or a good firm Quebec cheese.
