Quick Minestrone

Ingredients List

  • 2 cans St-Hubert 19 oz (540 ml) St-Hubert Vegetable Soup
  • 1 c (250 ml) cooked small pasta
  • 1 c (250 ml) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Italian herbs or seasoning

Preparation Instructions

Stovetop:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with crusty bread and cheese.

Microwave:

  1. In a large glass bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Heat for 3 minutes, stir and heat for another 2 minutes. The time to heat the soup may vary depending on the microwave. Repeat until the soup is heated through.
